Man arrested after knife attack in Laatzen
A 41-year-old man is alleged to have attacked a 31-year-old man with a knife during a physical confrontation in an allotment garden colony on Osterbrink in Laatzen on 17 June. Police said the suspect stabbed the man at about 13:30, leaving him critically injured. The injured man was taken to hospital for emergency surgery and is no longer in critical condition. Police arrested the suspect shortly after the incident. Prosecutors are treating the case as attempted homicide, while investigators continue to examine the course and background of the incident.
