Woman injured with knife after traffic collision in Kressbronn
A 52-year-old woman suffered minor injuries in a knife attack in Kressbronn am Bodensee on Wednesday. Earlier, the side mirrors of her car and an oncoming car driven by a 23-year-old man had collided. The man initially drove on, then returned to the collision site while the woman was looking for the broken mirror part. Police say he allegedly pushed her to the ground and injured her with a knife. Shortly afterward, he gave her first aid. The woman was taken to hospital; the man was arrested and taken to a specialist clinic because of an acute mental health crisis. Police are investigating suspected aggravated assault.
