Minor threatened with knife in Korbach extortion attempt
An unknown man allegedly attacked a minor outside a food shop on Flechtdorfer Straße in Korbach at about 9 p.m. on 7 January. According to police, the man slapped the minor, drew a knife and demanded cash. The minor refused to hand over money and ran into the shop. After the shopping trip, the man allegedly waited for him again in the entrance area and told him to leave the shop before eventually leaving him alone. The suspect fled and was not found during the search; police are seeking witnesses.
