Burglar threatens residents with knife in Konstanz
A 37-year-old man is alleged to have entered a flat in Konstanz through a tilted window early on 22 August and searched for valuables and cash. When the residents noticed him, he allegedly approached them with a knife and threatened them. The residents fled into a room and called police, while the man then left through the window. Officers spotted him while travelling to the scene and arrested him after a short pursuit. He is alleged to have resisted, threatened and insulted officers, and one officer suffered minor injuries. A judge ordered pre-trial detention.
