Three young men seriously injured in knife attack in Konstanz
Three young men suffered serious knife wounds during an altercation at Obermarkt in Konstanz's pedestrian zone on the night of 2 February. Two unknown men had approached the group and insulted young women who were with them. A verbal dispute developed into a physical confrontation in which the attackers injured a minor and two young adults. A 19-year-old man required emergency surgery, but all three injured men were later out of danger. The two attackers fled; criminal investigators are seeking witnesses.
