Woman threatened with knife during robbery in Könnern
A 53-year-old woman was robbed in Könnern early on 17 February. At about 00:20, an unidentified man threatened her with a knife on Martha-Brautzsch-Straße and demanded her backpack. When she did not hand it over, he raised the knife and pulled the backpack from her shoulder. It contained her handbag, some cash and personal documents. The offender ran to a nearby waiting car, where another person was apparently present, and drove away toward Magdeburger Straße. Police are investigating and seeking witnesses.
