An unidentified man allegedly entered a detached house in Kelheimwinzer shortly after 5 p.m. on 29 August. Police said he threatened a 48-year-old care worker with a knife in the hallway. During a struggle, he forced the woman to the floor, attempted to gag her and allegedly attacked her with the knife. She escaped to neighbours and sustained slight injuries.
