Man allegedly attacked with scissors in Kehl
A man was allegedly attacked with scissors by a neighbour at an apartment building in Kehl's Neumühl district during the night before Wednesday. A resident called police after reporting that her partner had been attacked. Officers found the injured man and secured the scissors believed to have been used. The suspected man was later located in his apartment, taken to the police station while the facts were clarified and then admitted to a specialist clinic because of his mental condition.
