Three men became involved in a physical altercation at Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe station on 16 November. Following a headbutt and a struggle, a 39-year-old man allegedly pulled a utility knife with its blade retracted from his sock and swung it towards a 46-year-old. Witnesses took the knife from him, separated those involved and restrained the man until federal police arrived. Federal police opened investigations for assault, property damage and theft.
