Man found dead with stab and cut injuries in Kassel
During the night of 20 March, a 44-year-old man with stab and cut injuries was found on Schillerstraße in Kassel-Rothenditmold. An emergency doctor pronounced him dead. Police are investigating on suspicion of intentional homicide. At around 4 a.m., officers arrested a 37-year-old suspect near where the man was found. The circumstances and sequence of events were initially unclear, and an autopsy was intended to clarify the cause of death.
