Man allegedly threatened former partner with knife in Immenstaad
A 32-year-old man is alleged to have forced his 20-year-old former partner from her apartment in Immenstaad late on Monday evening while holding a knife. Police said he threatened to harm both himself and her. Her flatmates intervened but stepped back when the man also adopted a threatening posture toward them. Two acquaintances of the woman later encountered the still armed suspect with her on the street and overpowered him. Officers provisionally arrested him. A judge issued an arrest warrant on suspicion of deprivation of liberty, coercion and threats, but suspended its execution subject to conditions. The investigation is ongoing.
