Teenager in Herford apparently seriously injured with pointed instrument
A teenager was apparently injured in the upper body with a pointed instrument in Herford in the evening. Witnesses found him near Frühherrenstraße, where emergency personnel treated him before he was taken to hospital. Police said the teenager suffered serious injuries and remains in life-threatening condition. Investigators are treating the case as attempted homicide and are seeking witnesses who saw an altercation or suspicious people near Hämelinger Straße and Frühherrenstraße.
