Teenager critically injured in Herford
A teenager was apparently injured in the upper body with a stabbing instrument in Herford on Thursday evening. The seriously injured teenager sought help from witnesses on Frühherrenstraße and was taken to hospital after emergency medical treatment; his injuries were life-threatening. Investigators believe he may previously have come from the Hämelinger Straße area. Police set up a homicide investigation team and are investigating the background and one or more unknown perpetrators.
