Teenager injured by stabbing at event in Herdecke
A teenager was injured by a stab wound to the lower back at a public event in Herdecke on 13 May. Police said there had been a dispute and a scuffle involving the teenager and other people beforehand. A friend called emergency services, and the injured teenager was taken to hospital and was able to leave two days later. There was no danger to life. During the search, police located another teenager, provisionally detained him and later released him. He is suspected of dangerous bodily harm, while investigators continue to examine the circumstances and his involvement.
