Woman dies after alleged knife attack in Heppenheim
A 34-year-old woman died after an alleged violent incident in an apartment building in Heppenheim. According to the current investigation, her 56-year-old husband is alleged to have seriously injured her with a knife in the stairwell on the evening of 31 August after an argument in their shared apartment. She died from her injuries in an ambulance. A pre-trial detention order was issued against the man on suspicion of murder, while police and prosecutors continue to investigate the sequence of events and motive.
