Man detained after knife robbery in Hamm
A 47-year-old man allegedly threatened and robbed his 48-year-old neighbour with a knife early on 27 February at an apartment building on Sedanstraße in Hamm. Following earlier disputes, he demanded that the man hand over a credit card at his apartment door. He is then alleged to have inflicted superficial cuts to the 48-year-old's abdomen and taken cash from his apartment. The injured man received outpatient treatment at a hospital and was not in life-threatening condition. Officers located the fleeing suspect shortly after the incident and provisionally detained him.
