Man seriously injured in attack in Hamburg-Harburg
A 27-year-old man suffered a potentially life-threatening stab wound when he was attacked by three men on Wetternstraße in Hamburg-Harburg. Police said he had previously confronted a person who appeared to be trying to steal a bicycle. A verbal argument followed, and two further men became involved. The three men allegedly attacked the 27-year-old, inflicted the stab wound and also struck him. He was taken to hospital with an emergency doctor and underwent emergency surgery; he was no longer in danger afterwards. The attackers fled toward Harburg station, and the homicide squad took over the investigation.
