Man injured with knife during dispute at Hamburg coach station

Early on Sunday, a 40-year-old man was injured with a knife during an altercation at Hamburg's central coach station in St. Georg. Police said the attack was preceded by a dispute with an as-yet unidentified man. Emergency services treated the injured man and took him to hospital; his life was not in danger. The suspect fled, and the initial search did not lead to an arrest. The investigation is now being handled as suspected attempted homicide.
