Man remanded after knife attack in Hamburg snack bar
A 31-year-old man is suspected of attacking a 25-year-old employee with a knife at a snack bar in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel on 29 January. The employee suffered a stab wound to the abdomen and sustained critical injuries. After emergency surgery, he was no longer in life-threatening condition. The suspect initially fled but was arrested later that afternoon. A judge issued a remand order, and the investigation remains ongoing.
