Knives used to threaten during altercation at Salzgrafenplatz
On 10 June at about 19:00, two groups of three people initially became involved in a verbal dispute at Salzgrafenplatz in Halle. Three unknown suspects then punched one victim in the face, causing a minor injury that did not require medical treatment. Police said the suspects also used pepper spray and knives to threaten the other group, but did not deploy either item. The three suspects left before officers arrived. Investigators opened proceedings for threats and assault.
