Teenager threatened with knife and bat in Hagen
Two unidentified suspects allegedly threatened a teenager on Europaplatz in Hagen-Vorhalle on the afternoon of 20 September and took his e-scooter. One of the men displayed a folding knife while the other held a baseball bat in a threatening manner. They told the teenager to get off the e-scooter and then fled towards Vorhalle railway station. The teenager later reported the incident, and criminal police are investigating suspected robbery extortion.
