Neighbour threatens two men with knife in Hagen
Two men called police in Hagen on 25 March after their 41-year-old neighbour allegedly threatened them with a knife and a hammer. They said the man had first shouted while walking through the stairwell of an apartment building before approaching them aggressively outside with the objects in his hands. He reportedly threatened to kill them. Police provisionally arrested him after he allegedly resisted and struck an officer with his head during a journey in a police vehicle. Complaints were filed against him, including for threats, insult, resisting officers and disturbing the public peace by threatening offences.
