Knives reported during altercation at Gütersloh petrol station
An altercation involving five men took place at a petrol station on Nordring in Gütersloh on Sunday evening. Witnesses said that the participants had knives, batons and pepper spray in their hands; a baton was reportedly used and pepper spray deployed. Other witnesses reported a blank-firing gun. Some of the men initially fled but were located nearby or during the investigation. Some complained of minor injuries. Police are investigating the background and the precise sequence of events.
