26-year-old seriously injured in attack in Gerlingen
A 26-year-old pedestrian was attacked by several unknown people on Weilimdorfer Straße in Gerlingen at about 19:10 on 28 October. According to the investigation so far, a group knocked the man to the ground. Allegedly two offenders then stabbed him repeatedly with as-yet unknown objects. The man was taken to hospital with serious injuries. The group fled towards Feuerbacher Straße, and a search involving patrol cars and a police helicopter was unsuccessful. Criminal police are investigating and seeking witnesses.
