Man threatens group with kitchen knife at Gera playground
A physical altercation involving several youths took place at a playground on Heinrichstraße in Gera on Monday evening. One youth was struck by an unknown offender and sustained minor injuries. The youth's 21-year-old brother then became involved, pushed one participant and is alleged to have drawn a kitchen knife and threatened the group. No knife was found at the scene. Police issued exclusion orders, conducted risk-prevention talks and opened investigations.
