Man allegedly injured with knife in Gera park
A 24-year-old man was allegedly injured with a knife during a physical altercation in Gera's Park der Jugend on 2 May. Emergency services treated the injured man and took him to hospital for further care.
A 19-year-old suspect was initially provisionally detained but released on the instructions of the public prosecutor after procedural measures. Following further inquiries, police located a second 24-year-old suspect, who is accused of using physical violence against the victim. Both men are under investigation for dangerous bodily harm.
