Man threatens 21-year-old with switchblade during robbery in Gelsenkirchen
A 21-year-old man reported being robbed and lightly injured at the Musiktheater bus stop in Gelsenkirchen on 21 April. While sitting on the steps at the stop, an unidentified man is said to have held a switchblade in front of him and demanded his valuables. Four to five further suspects allegedly arrived shortly afterwards, struck the man and tore away his shoulder bag. According to his account, the bag contained a mobile phone, cash and a house key. The suspects fled, and police are seeking witnesses.
