Man injured in altercation in Fürstenwalde/Spree
A 39-year-old driver was injured in an altercation with two 19-year-olds in Fürstenwalde/Spree on 29 June. Police said the man had allegedly sounded his horn after the two intoxicated young men were walking in the road. They allegedly struck his vehicle before a physical confrontation followed. The 39-year-old sustained a stab injury to the upper body and was treated in hospital. After he was injured, the two allegedly stole a bicycle; a witness who spoke to them was allegedly beaten. Another witness separated those involved using pepper spray. Police located the two 19-year-olds during a search and provisionally detained them.
