Unknown man threatens elderly man with knife and demands jewellery in Freiburg
An unknown man allegedly attempted to rob an 85-year-old in Freiburg-Günterstal at about 4 p.m. on 6 October. The man was walking home from an allotment garden along Wonnhaldestrasse. According to police, the suspect threatened him with a knife near a house number and demanded jewellery. When the elderly man refused, the suspect fled on a bicycle without taking anything. Criminal police are investigating and seeking witnesses.
