Knife used to threaten man during extortion in Frankfurt
A 29-year-old man handed cash to two unidentified people in Frankfurt-Ginnheim on 29 October 2026 after they allegedly threatened him with a knife and demanded valuables, according to police. At about 21:40, they reportedly lay in wait for him on the Paul-Heyse-Straße pavement near Theodor-Storm-Straße and attacked him with a punch. Both then fled towards Chamissonstraße. Police are seeking witnesses.
