Man threatens witness with knife in Niddapark
In Frankfurt am Main's Niddapark, an unidentified man allegedly carried out indecent acts near a woman at about 4:30 p.m. on 11 August. When a witness confronted him, the man allegedly drew a knife and threatened the witness. Before fleeing, he is also alleged to have punctured the witness's bicycle tyres. Neither the suspect nor the woman was at the scene when police arrived, and the initial search did not locate them.
