Attempted knife robbery at Frankfurt hotel
An unknown man attempted to rob a hotel in Frankfurt's Ostend district during the night of 10 February. At about 3:30 a.m., he held a knife toward a receptionist in the lobby and demanded that the cash register be opened. The employee said he needed a key and was able to leave the hotel. The suspect then fled without any proceeds, and police are seeking witnesses.
