Man arrested after knife threat on Frankfurt tram
A man is alleged to have threatened a passenger with a knife on tram line 11 in Frankfurt on 4 April. At about 8:20 p.m., the driver reported a man with a drawn knife inside the tram. Officers arrested the 52-year-old suspect as he left the tram at the Nied-Kirche stop. A search of his backpack found a kitchen knife. The affected passenger could no longer be located, and police opened criminal proceedings on suspicion of making threats.
