Man allegedly threatened passer-by with knife in Frankfurt
A 23-year-old alleged drug dealer is said to have followed a passer-by near Konstablerwache in Frankfurt am Main on Friday afternoon and threatened him with a long knife. The passer-by had previously declined an offer to buy drugs. Police said the man displayed the knife, which was tucked into his waistband, at the entrance to a fitness studio. When officers approached, he initially fled but was detained shortly afterward. The described knife was not found on him, and he was released after police measures were completed. The investigation is ongoing.
