57-year-old arrested after Frankfurt knife attack
Following a dispute in Frankfurt's Gallus district, a 57-year-old man is suspected of injuring a 50-year-old man with a knife. The confrontation took place near Weilburger Straße at about 11:50 p.m. on 29 January. The injured man fled, received treatment from emergency personnel and was taken to hospital. An initial search was unsuccessful. Officers arrested the suspect on 2 February, and he was due to be brought before a remand judge that day.
