Young man arrested after knife injury in Flensburg pedestrian zone
An 18-year-old man allegedly injured a minor with a knife in Große Straße, in Flensburg's pedestrian zone, on Thursday afternoon. According to the current investigation, the attack followed a verbal argument between the two men. The minor suffered a stab wound to the left rib area and was taken by ambulance to an emergency department. Both people initially left the scene while witnesses alerted police. Officers arrested the accused man nearby shortly afterwards. The background to the incident remains under investigation.
