Woman remanded in custody after knife attack in Fellbach
A 47-year-old woman allegedly critically injured a 41-year-old woman with a knife after an argument outside a house on Vordere Straße in Fellbach. The loud argument occurred at about 9:40 p.m. on Sunday. The suspect is accused of drawing a knife during the dispute and suddenly stabbing the other woman. The victim required emergency surgery; police later said she was no longer in danger of dying. The 47-year-old was arrested that evening. A judge ordered her remand in custody on Monday, and she was taken to a correctional facility. Police and prosecutors continue to investigate.
