Man robs petrol station in Euskirchen with knife
A man is alleged to have robbed a petrol station on Kölner Straße in Euskirchen at 19:46 on 24 June. He placed a gym bag on the counter, threatened an employee with a knife and demanded the day's takings from the till. He then fled on foot towards the town centre with the money.
Police located and arrested the 19-year-old suspect at Kerpen-Horrem railway station at about 02:12. The suspected weapon was later found and seized from a bin at Euskirchen railway station. Criminal proceedings were initiated against him.
