Man threatens another man with pointed object outside bar in Emden
A 38-year-old man allegedly threatened a 31-year-old man with a pointed object outside a bar at Neuer Markt in Emden at about 1:55 a.m. on 24 April. At around 2:10 a.m., there was another confrontation in the same area in which the same man allegedly struck an as-yet unidentified victim with a construction barrier. Police are seeking witnesses.
