Two injured after dispute in Duisburg's old town
A 34-year-old man and a 33-year-old woman were injured in a dispute near a bank branch on Königstraße in Duisburg on 17 April. According to police, a stabbing or cutting implement may have played a role. Officers provided first aid; the woman was taken to hospital for outpatient treatment, while the man was brought to a police station. At the request of prosecutors, a judge ordered blood samples from both suspects. Criminal police are investigating the circumstances of the incident.
