Attempted knife robbery in Duisburg-Marxloh
An unidentified man allegedly tried to rob a 55-year-old woman of cash in Duisburg-Marxloh on Thursday morning. Near Krügerstraße on Mittelstraße, he reportedly demanded her wallet, pushed her against a wall and held a knife in his hand. Two children passed through the archway while he searched her handbag. The man then fled towards Krügerstraße. Police are investigating and seeking witnesses.
