Resident slightly injured in knife attack at Düsseldorf apartment
A 35-year-old man suffered a minor injury to his upper arm in his apartment on Wagnerstraße in central Düsseldorf on Sunday morning. When he arrived home at about 05:30, he found the door ajar and encountered a masked man inside who allegedly attacked him with a knife. The intruder fled; the resident then discovered that the apartment had been searched and cash was missing. Police searched for the attacker but did not initially find him. Criminal investigators collected evidence in the apartment.
