Two suspects arrested after knife threat during robbery in Düsseldorf
A 59-year-old man was robbed on Klosterstraße in central Düsseldorf on Wednesday evening. According to police, two people approached him from behind. A man sprayed pepper spray into his face and took a 100-euro note from his waist bag.
When the victim tried to restrain the man, a woman threatened him with a knife, causing him to let go. A patrol officer noticed the confrontation and stopped the suspects. Police arrested a 37-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman, both of whom were due to appear before a remand judge.
