Man seriously injured in knife attack at Düsseldorf central station
A 31-year-old man was seriously injured after an argument at Düsseldorf central station on 3 March. According to the current investigation, a 27-year-old woman allegedly attacked him with a knife and injured him with stab wounds on Konrad-Adenauer-Platz. Police provided first aid and applied a tourniquet before the man was taken to hospital; his injuries were not life-threatening. The woman initially fled but was arrested during the search. A blood sample was taken from her, and she was due to be brought before an investigating judge.
