Man remanded in custody after knife robbery at Dortmund's Nordmarkt
On 17 July, a man is alleged to have demanded that a 39-year-old hand over his mobile phone and bag while displaying a knife at Dortmund's Nordmarkt. Police said the victim handed over the bag. The offender allegedly then punched him in the face and kicked him after he fell to the ground. A passer-by intervened, and the slightly injured man received medical treatment at the scene. The suspected offender was provisionally arrested following a search and remanded in custody after appearing before a judge.
