Teenager threatened and slightly injured during dispute in Dortmund
On Friday afternoon, 9 May, witnesses reported teenagers carrying a large knife and a baseball bat at the Dortmunder Hafen light-rail stop in Dortmund. The group had intended to meet to discuss a private dispute. A teenager and a 19-year-old are alleged to have threatened and slightly injured another teenager. Police seized a machete from the teenager's backpack and a baseball bat from the 19-year-old. The teenager was already subject to a knife-carrying ban and was taken into the care of the youth welfare office after police measures were completed.
