Man critically injured in stabbing in Dortmund
A 28-year-old man suffered critical injuries after being stabbed in the abdomen during an altercation involving several people on Brunnenstraße in Dortmund on Friday evening. Police said he was no longer in danger after emergency surgery. A 34-year-old suspect was identified and provisionally detained. Prosecutors and police are treating the case as attempted homicide, and a homicide investigation unit has taken over the inquiry.
