Man threatens pharmacy employee with knife in Dörentrup
A man allegedly entered a pharmacy on Poststraße in Dörentrup on Saturday morning and threatened an employee with a knife. He demanded pain medication, which the 59-year-old employee handed over. He then fled on foot. Police found the 33-year-old man nearby shortly afterwards and temporarily arrested him. The knife and the stolen medication were seized. After a blood sample was taken, he was released on the instructions of the public prosecutor's office; the investigation is ongoing.
