Suspect detained after threat at Dietzenbach drugstore
A 29-year-old man was provisionally detained after a suspected shoplifting incident at a drugstore on Offenbacher Straße in Dietzenbach. He is alleged to have placed perfumes worth more than 300 euros in a handbag and left the store without paying. When a witness confronted him, the suspect reportedly held up a sharp object, made threats and fled. Police detained him shortly afterwards and seized a knife during a search. He is under investigation on suspicion of robbery-related theft.
