Man remanded after fatal stab and cut injuries in Darmstadt
A 38-year-old woman was found dead in the Am Kavalleriesand area of Darmstadt on 17 September. She had stab and cut injuries. Investigators have a strong suspicion that a 62-year-old man killed her. He was arrested in Kranichstein on 21 September and remanded in custody the following day at the prosecutor's request. Investigators say the two had been in contact, while inquiries into the motive continue.
